Once you have completed a valid purchase, we will, thereafter, transmit an acceptance and confirmation email to your registered email address informing you of the tentative date of delivery of your product.
For order to make products, deliveries may take between 3-6 weeks from the date of receipt of payments. For selected items, dispatch will be done in 7 days after the receipt of the payments.
If your premises are located within a gated and/or high rise complex, then you agree to make available adequate arrangements/permissions for smooth carriage by the carrier from such main gate of the complex to your doorstep irrespective of the floor of your premises. You agree to ensure that access is suitable for the delivery of the furniture to your desired location. Rahoonline.com will not accept cancellation by you at the time of delivery on the ground that access to your desired location is not possible (e.g. doorway too small, insufficient space to maneuver the furniture through the premises, road inaccessible to delivery van, etc.).
Before ordering, you are under an obligation to ensure that there is adequate room to take your purchased furniture through any doorways and windows of your premises, taking note of any restricted passageways, stairs and awkward turns etc.
You admit that you have purchased products based on photographic representation of an item. You also admit that the photographic representation may look different from the actual item. The differences may be due to customer screen resolution, screen color settings, effect of light and surrounding color during the time of photography etc.
In case of discrepancy of swatch color display and color description, swatch color displayed on website will be delivered. For example, if the color of fabric displayed is Orange and in the product description, it is mentioned red, the product delivered would be of Orange color, i.e. the color shown on the website.
Rahoonline.com will make every effort to carry out deliveries on the given date. The delivery date given to you is an estimate given in good faith. If we find subsequently that the estimate is inaccurate, we will endeavor to inform you using the registered contact numbers and/or email address from your registered data of the tentative delivery date.
Before dispatch of furniture, we will inform you on your registered contact numbers regarding the estimated time of delivery of the product at you premises. We advise you to be present personally while accepting delivery of furniture so that you can check the quality, finish, accessories and count of your order. After delivery of furniture products, we would honor only manufacturing defects.
If your purchased products remain at our transit warehouse for more than 7 days during which time you fail to accept delivery/re-delivery (despite Rahoonline.com contacts you to do so), we reserve the right to cancel your order and retain up to 50% of the order value.
